Once architects drawings have been produced you can apply for planning permissions should they be required, when approval has been granted you will need Structural Engineers details to send to building control for approval (often the Architect will have an Engineer that he works closely with alternatively we can point you in the right direction)this information will allow for us to provide accurate project costs. J and B solutions can help you with this process if required or price the package sourced by yourself. If our price is acceptable we will offer a contract to protect all parties and provide a start date and program of works.

When we have been appointed we will work with the Architect and Structural Engineer, we will arrange the required phased inspections with Building Control and meet with them on site ensuring that all work is completed to the required standard and ensuring completion certificates are issued on completion, something which is not only a legal requirement but important for your peace of mind or when it comes to sell your property.
